This project includes a seismic upgrade and modernization of a historic 3 story unreinforced masonry building. Construction for this project began in September, 2003 and includes full seismic and ADA upgrades. In addition to the seismic reinforcement, work included space programming, space layouts, workstation design, custom casework design, lighting and color coordination, and tenant improvements for the entire building (approximately 9,000 SF).

401 Hayes Street: The seating area for a specialty artisan chocolate store and cafe in the Hayes Valley District of San Francisco.
31 Fairmount Street: This San Francisco home in the Glenn Park District reflects the forms and traditions of its neighbors while still maintaining a contemporary flair. The carefully crafted open deck at the second floor entry provides private open space on a public street. A handsome solution on a small and difficult site.
2740 Mission Street: A new restaurant fronting on a busy commercial section of Mission Street will include an enclosed patio at the rear of the existing building.
200 Granville Drive, San Francisco: This single family home in the West Portal District was renovated and enlarged by excavating under the existing house into the hillside. A new kitchen featured Ikea cabinets.
885 Folsom Street: A professional office included interior design, space planning, custom designed workstations, and tenant improvements in a striking concrete building in San Francisco's South of Market Area.
